All About That Breath was created at a time when breathing seemed to be the focus of many areas of my life. I had gained deep breath awareness through therapy and had learned to use my breath to control stress and anxiety. However, when it became the center of my education in physical therapy school and particularly in my niche of pelvic health, I realized that there was a lot more to our breath.
My passion for women's health and my experience with anxiety merged together to create my business today. I help women take charge of their lives, make their health a priority, and learn to control anxiety by making positive changes to their lifestyle. I also incorporate specific forms of yoga, breathwork, and meditation when needed for connection and stress reduction.
