All About That Breath was created at a time when breathing seemed to be the focus of many areas of my life. I had gained deep breath awareness through therapy and had learned to use my breath to control stress and anxiety. However, when it became the center of my education in physical therapy school and particularly in my niche of pelvic health, I realized that there was a lot more to our breath.
My passion for women's health and my experience with anxiety has slowly started to merge together as I've built my business. I've found my calling in helping women control anxiety by making healthy changes to their lifestyle and incorporating Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to reduce stress.
