What is Health and Anxiety Coaching?
A Women's Health and Anxiety Coach is someone that becomes a partner in your journey to improve your health and finally manage your stress and anxiety. I am dedicated to educating and empowering women to make real and sustainable changes that will produce a lasting and positive impact on their life. There is no judgement in the coach/client relationship. As your coach I want to see you succeed, but you are always the one making the right decisions for you!
You can think of a coach like a holistic guide helping to motivate you and offer tools when you need them. No matter which area of your health you want to improve, it's likely you've tried to make changes before. When things just don't seem to be working or you feel lost, a coach can make a huge difference in facilitating goal achievement and helping you gain clarity.
Step 1: Book a consultation or initial visit.
Step 2: Use a holistic health assessment to determine your priorities.
Step 3: Practice a guided meditation with your coach to gain clarity.
Step 4: Uncover your true self and learn to set realistic goals.
Step 5: Work with your coach to overcome barriers, build a support system, locate your care team, use appropriate tools, and learn to better understand practical behavior change.
Cassandra is a coach, a pelvic physical therapist, and a yoga instructor. Along her health journey she has discovered that facing her anxiety is the key to finally finding success.
